Terms of Service

1. The Service

Salsabeel provides software-as-a-service tools that help you design, publish, and operate online storefronts. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Beta features are provided "as is" and may change without notice.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@salsabeel.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Sell goods or services prohibited by Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where local law expressly permits it.
• Send spam, malware, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content, products, and data you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use poses risk to us, our customers, or third parties. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately; you may export your data for 30 days afterwards.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them or notify you by email, whichever is earlier. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
