Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident when you subscribe. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Salsabeel subscriptions.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid Salsabeel subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Email support@salsabeel.dev from the address on your account and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds after the 14-day window
After the initial 14-day window, fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in cases of:
- Extended Service outages caused by us.
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Other circumstances we consider in good faith.
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by our payment processor, Paddle, to your original payment method. They typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any consumer rights of withdrawal under applicable law (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
